In my opinion, we need found a club english where every body can esey to come and share the knowleage!!
I know that our departmant has a club english but perhelp it doesn't high efficiency!!
So, i suggest admin and everybody!! we should found a new club where we joint not only our department but also afew department in our university.(not englishclub maritime) .we must create a persional trade-mark!!

May be you should contact Faculty's Youth Union to state about this. Then, they can help you. And I think it will be very available.

Don't worry about your skill.Most of us are both not good at english.So, talking together like this is very useful for everyone to improve.People said that "Practice makes Perfect".I really like this sentence.I'm myself weak on english, specially about vocabulary.
i hope that the weaker, the more we help together to make be better.do you agree with me?

Of course, we can helping each other to deverlop our skill..
I really want to found the english club that i was said. But i very difficult because i saw that the student in our department almost uncreative, a litter lazy and they don't want to become a member of any club, any orgriation. So my suggest is becoming hard. I was endeavuos to invite some people but i almost receiver the reply that:" No".
it make me borrow and a litter tired..I think i can't doing my intend if there hasn't helping of person who is importance in our department( For ex: teacher, the person who has a duty of studying of student ,leader of our department...) but there was no sign... Nobody care !!!
